And for balance my response -and additions
All good points
I wasn't a part of those discussions, so that is interesting and helpful.
having said that, some colour on these transactions would seem important from the company. After all, there are some days were over 50% of the sales are coming from a trust, notwithstanding all the comments you made, that have the CEOs name on it.
You would think even if this money needs to be dispersed, it's selling at a three-year low, and likely depressing the share price, given the low liquidity of the shares. Also if you believe the positive narrative promoted here and its so many of the shares are being sold from the trust, that one would try to defer such sales even if planned as noted, until a time the shares were priced higher. If you believe the narrative .
I see you have added a comment that it's strange to be called insider sales
It is by definition insider sales when an insider sells stock and it is very much intended to be public knowledge. While we may not know why they sell, tou insider purchases, maybe bullish whereas Sales Maybe neither bullish or bearish.
Still, I stand by my point that selling stock at a three-year low with low liquidity, which can cause further downward pressure on. The stock.
It is this which seems strange to me not that this is insider sales
