He wants to buy after they sign a billion dollar contract.  To each their own, but he won't be paying 50 cents, he will be paying $5 a share or more.  If the balance sheet was impeccable the stock wouldn't be 45 cents.

But he just keeps saying 'financials' on here and ceo lol
