The next 2 days will be ugly
If the trust started selling last Tuesday, the latest they could report the trades and still be in compliance with reporting requirements will be on Sunday.
Going from memory only, I can't recall a single instance when the trust didn't sell at the earliest opportunity given by the Early Warning Report.
If the trust has been selling this week, I don't think it will go over well at all.
The market and this company's shareholders can only take so much.
Personally, I think the likelihood that the trust has been selling is very high,
and I think the stock will sell off in advance of the company reporting it, US holiday or not.

They sold 6000 shares today
If this company reports any bad news this week, and if I owned this stock, I'd be yelling bloody murder. "He has no control over the trust's sales"??? My A.., He's a trustee.
