I suppose there could be a related next news release that will signal when this specific aim has been reached: the first discussion took place.
I am going to guess that the signed agreement is for LN INNOV’ to protect its interests because they are a company that introduces clients with potential suppliers. I highly doubt that every interaction with potential clients by HPQ needs a signed agreement before they start discussing what they could potentially offer (if the R&D results in a commercially viable product).
We will see today the market reaction to this news. My guess is consistent with the news.
