"The sale remains subject to TSX approval.

The transaction was approved unanimously by the board of directors of PyroGenesis with Mr. Pascali abstaining and will close immediately following receipt of regulatory approval."

Why didn't he inject funds directly into Pyro as he lastly did, he already has the moveable assets in check?? HPQ shares changing hands from Pyro to PPP from 62 cents --> 17.5 cents.
