Nice try.
What I took issue with, was you suggesting that if the current CEO is deemed to have conducted fraud and removed from his post, that he could somehow continue to direct the company from the shadows, using the metaphor of an umpire working from a dugout.
It’s completely inappropriate, and an attempt to minimize the seriousness of these allegations of fraud and, in my understanding of the regulatory framework, unethical, and illegal.
People can read the thread and make their own minds up. It’s all in my opinion.
