Compensation Committee Chair and Members are listed at Pyro website.

Management Information Circular and Notice of AGM dated May 16, 2024 indicates:
The current members of the Compensation Committee are Dr. Jha (Chair), Mr. Abdalla, Mr. Radin, and Ms. Ramsey, all of whom are independent directors.

Which is accurate, Pyro website or Management Circular? Ben Naccarato is missing and Dr. Jha is listed as Chair, not Robert Radin.
