@cargo This is just a guess on why it is taking so long for our 'fine cut' powder qualification. If you check out the two research article that are funded by Boeing you will see that they are testing two different range of particle sizes ~15–25 µm (small) and ~38–45 µm (large). More specifically in the first article they are testing different mixies of particle sizes (6 different powder configurations) that are very specific % mixies.
