Well, thats not what happened to share price regarding last news releases. Even if they also are not ''final and approved contract" . Whats your point ? I believe we'll see new high

Are you a beginner too ? Of course we will see a new high. But a company cannot issue options a day before a new high. That would look bad with the stock exchange regulator.

Moorage, In your opinion how long would this period last? For it to look good for the regulators I mean.

Having priced then at, lets say , 2.80$, with a share price at 4.40$ , that would have been silly. Peter basically tell everyone: you aint gonna get it cheaper than shareholder... Thats great, from any point of view

Indeed! And the people on the inside underneath Pyrogenesis roof must know things are about to explode with all the massive contracts looming and as Pete mentioned over 10 industry leaders which surely are absolute Giants are already in discussions with them!

Well, the company doesnt dicate the share price, we do. Therefore, who cares what the high is today, could be $6 and the regulators wouldnt bat an eyelash.

In the event of a sudden contract conclusion or other unpredictable positive news, the authorities have no problem with a large price increase shortly after any capital measures.
