Dividend or share buyback

For those who think the share price is too high, remember that we have not seen a deep green bottom line yet..
We are only seing less than half the shares being traded. Peter and his close team control about 55% of the shares. So, do not expect a possible win for the shorters. This is intoxicating!
Before the end of the year, we will hear news about a dividend if the sales trend continues. If no dividend, then a buyback program as we have already seen. Same result. Better value.
SP = $10 before November 15. 2020.
I do not expect US elections outcome to have an impact on the SP of PYR.

While I don't necessarily disagree with you, I'm curious where you have found the information that there will be a share buyback or dividends this year......Cheers!

We are years away from dividends. First is signing the contracts then listing on the TSX and then the NASDEQ not an easy task but PYR will do just that but just hold your horses it will take time. We are going to be big but in steps and Peter is doing it in perfection

I do believe if all contracts ABC is signed in Q3 this year It is possible for PYR to pay us a one time special dividend and i bet he would do it in Xmas time intentionally. Now this is not a monthly or quarterly dividend payed by companies to shareholders on regular basis This is basically Peter being Santa and giving us a Xmas present for sticking with him believing in his company The regular ...more

What debt? Why do people keep bringing up debt? PYR has a $900k debenture from March 2020...thats it.....$60m in operating losses is $ spent to date since 2011 from PPs and other sources of capital that exceeded revenues....it is NOT DEBT! As well, those unrecovered expenses come with a $50M tax loss carry forward to ise against future revenues which is more $ in PYRs pockets

I don't think there is any question the SP will hit $10 soon.   By the end of the year we should have orders signed by client A, B, C and at least one or two more in negotiations.  We'll be on the NASDAQ.   We're bound to get one or two significant news / orders from other business lines. Don't be surprised if we hit SP=$100 by Dec 31st if all of the above ...more
