Ditto that.
You don’t do an exclusivity without a solid plan in place. You can’t limit potential new clients, unless the client you have the exclusivity with makes it worthwhile. And what’s a million dollars these days, not much.

I agree Yakushev, that $1m was basically to not entertain any conversations with other Tunneling competitors....a drop in the bucket...ArcByt is going to need a LOT of torches, according to the Patent designs we've seen....add in multiple borimg machines, and even possibly ArcByt selling/leasing them to other Boring Contractors in other countries.....this really could turn out to be MASSIVE!
