Agoracom interview "Acquisitions"

From the GREAT interview I would like to suggest two acquisitions. First guess is likely HPQ. My second guess, and likely more important, would be to absorb the secondary companies that are lined up to build the torches. Bringinging these "In House" would solidify control and increase the share of total profits.

I don't think that a buy out of HPQ is in the works as Peter is more in the mood of spinoffs and PYR already owns a big chunk of their shares but increase participation is not to be dismissed. On the other hand I agree that acquisition of one or more torch building companies could make sense for the reasons you mentioned. A third option could also be a foreign company that works in the same ...more

I agree, Vers...HPQ is a very unlikey target for aquisitions. Manufacturing Facility with skilled workforce, and Patent Purchases seem to be the most practical direction, if/when that time comes....

I posted this a couple of weeks ago... I think they would be a good target. With all the new contracts potentially coming in, the next issue for pyro may very well be the fact that they are constrained by current production limitations (one facility can only produce so many torches). Those that have watched Peters latest agoracom interview may recall his answer to the question of outsourcing ...more
