client A ,client B, client C, maybe the US Navy contract ?.....material news = a halt....after big news there will be more members of the PyroGenesis Millionaires Club $$$$....As I have said before many times , I'm expecting the total $ value of the 3 clients contracts to be in the $6 to $8.5 Billion dollar range....then it is time to deal with the huge backlog of $ Billion dollar contracts...among them the exclusive Boring torch contract another multi billion dollar contract $$$... which I bet will be equivalent to the 3 clients contracts combined = another $8 Billion in the kitty $$...this revenue is going to flow into the PyroGenesis money chest forever....and ever...when this is official the SP will be on it's way to , or over a $100 per share...just look what SONA Pharma did from Dec 27 2019 when it went from $0.01 to $15 + on 1 potential breakthrough covid testing process ?...just 1 offering compared to PyroGenesis & their 6 + massive offerings , of which, some have actually been proven & sold...PyroGenesis technology works ! ...we are only seeing the tip of the iceberg.....the market vultures are fighting hard to stop the SP from cracking $10 before we get " THE NEWS " that will open the floodgates and drown the rat's...uncleron is always right !... Thanks uncleron.  We totally agree on the potential stratospheric heights that Pyrogenesis is destined to lift off to.  Only the timing part but I would love to be wrong and uncle right!!   Lot of great guys on this forum that do lot of DD thus understand the excitement.  I'm betting lot of us will meet by next year AGM as Pyrogenesis will absolutely be a different company

I agree 100%. Math doesn't lie. Only 150M ish shares. Earnings off of every $5B of revenue is pretty much a $100 towards SP based on 15x earnings. I'm with u guys on this :)

Thats precisely my point because it has only 150 mil shares outstanding Look at Royal Bank it has over a billion shares outstading and earns say $1/ quarter(I think)now that means it earned 1 billion $ to pay all oitstading shares If it had only 150 million shares outstanding then it would earn $4 to 5 /quarter and its share price now would be 500 to $600 range TIP OF THE ICEBERG IS NOT ONLY ALL

Yup, and my math was even wrong. 7.5x earnings (not 15x) with $2B earnings off of $5B revenue is $100. 15x earnings is $200. So it could get really wild IF Peter delivers Clients A B C, then the next 10, nevermind everything else going on. I mean billions of earnings...so much free cash; won't have to do a raise like ever. "Multi" is good, because pyro has history announcing giant customer on board and than the deal never happened. All I'm saying that some of the deals probably will not happened, some I probably will. The problem with some is that they don't want to hear about it, but it did happened with South Korean deal that never happened.

Well there are more than 10 companies waiting in the que to start negotiations and we have companies A,B,C almost ready to sign the contract. The navy contract with 2 PAWDS almost in the bag These are the immediate contracts that are up on us The total.from these including the 10 companies waiting in que could be anywhere from $6 billion to $15 billion The net earnings at 40% and the stock price

The other factor that is very hard to calculate is the effect of the spinoff. Peter has stated that it has to be done right.......When a spinoff is done right, both the parent company and spun company provide should realize considerbly more shareholder value when operating as seperate entities. If you're in the US, and maybe Canada has something comparable, look into putting all your assets (including cars, real estate, etc) into a REVOCABLE TRUST.   With a regular will, if you die, I believe the probate court, attorney, and state can take up to 10-20% right off the top to execute your will, but do your own due diligence.
