The only thing I don't understand in future contracts is the complexity, because PYR is selling a product (the price of the product) and for installation it should be an hourly rate (more flexible and risk-free) plus travel, hotel, etc. costs. 

 

...and a maintenance contract for the future!

Well i can tell you this Peter having more than 50% of the company shares is watching the s.p and he won't let it drop more than nessasary so i bet he is putting more emphasis on getting a deal done. If I was the CEO that's what I would have done So don't be surprised to c a NR coming this Thursday

Agreed. Continued shorter pressure until a NR comes out. To some this waiting is seen as weakness but Rome wasn't built in a day and Peter isn't just building Rome. I expect we hear from him soon. Thing is he probably doesn't want to say, hey things are going well, he wants to say 500-1000 torch deal signed. So for him not hearing from him is actually a sign he is not concerned at all.

End of August was always the time frame, why people have their shirt in a knot that there has been no NR or update is really beyond me. Are people really that uneducated on how many different Clauses and topics need to be hashed out for this type of deal? This is no template driven contract. New equipment in a totally new setting. Give this golden goose time to fully cook, the taste will be beyond
