To cover tax payable triggered by exercising options few days prior. ZERO concern. Same thing when lawyer sold at very low sp few months to also cover tax payable which cannot be avoided. Long and strong PYROGENESIS!!

It was the same situation a few days ago with HPQ and the CEO mentionned developbc explanation. I would not be concerned by a small amount like that since he still has a TON of shares. Plus, if he had any doubts about the up coming deals he would have sold way more than that.
