draft of contract means 2 things: 1, contract is not
imminent, otherwise it would have waited a couple of weeks for the contract
2, management clearly wanted to manipulate the stock price because it may have had the draft a while ago, maybe couple of months ago. draft is for the discussion not decision.

No... draft disclosure is being too kind in giving the market manipulators too much notice of rectifying their positions where they do not deserve it.

You say manipulate, I say keep shareholders informed. Drafts are often used as negotiations progress. Main point they are coming up with a contract that both parties are happy with.

Yes kms, to keep shareholders informed. A draft contract is a contract but it has minor points that have to be amended this could take awhile or not which is why no estimated timeline. Pyr had to come out with this news to show that there timeline on the discussions was accurate, from their July 2 NR

I agree. Announcing something like that is strategic news meant to generate conversation about the business of the company. Why would you point to something in the works and then turn around and say it's not a go? timelines are another thing to consider but the company has a bright future and if you want to participate in that growth now is the time to buy.

That is a whole lot of assumptions you are making without any proof. In addition, many investors had been asking for an update on the torch contracts, I think the NR was to appease those individuals.

@claudemc - very well said. To add up, this a public discussion and Peter is a CEO and brilliantly knows the trading world, and a single publicly mistaken announcement can affect the entire pyr company..
