Really?

Do any of us really care that much if we dilute by less than 2 percent to raise 10 million? Likely with a long term strategic investor? Or possibly with one of the pelletization companies? 

if it means we move forward quickly, and get off this garbage venture exchange , I say go for it if need be

They wouldn't bother with uplifting if no contracts were coming. 

uplist as tech company, spin off powder into Industrial.

Considering the raise is for an uplist & amidst a period of massive expansion for the company, this is what you would call, SMART LEVERAGE OF SHARES FOR CASH..... Only when a company is struggling to keep the lights & needs funds just to stay alive is when you need to be concerned as the return on those shares is often at risk. I fully agree. The move to the TSX is to open the door to institutional investment and analyst coverage. This is turn will boost the share price. This is the perfect time to nail down an institutional investor for a small portion of shares because - where one goes others will follow.   Yes, in a perfect world this would occur without  dilution but unless the TSX makes an exemption ...more
