With Q2 results filed in accordance with the more stringent requirement of the TSX rather than those of the Venture means that we will be seeing some financials in 10 days or less. Contract signature(s), uplisting and stellar financials would all make a great start to November

i'm not sure where you got the idea the TSX requires companies to report their quarterly results before the end of the month following the end of the quarter but it isn't true.

If you were reading the press releases and really doing your homework, you would have noticed in the July Q2 results announcement  https://stockhouse.com/news/press-releases/2020/07/29/pyrogenesis-announces-q2-2020-results-net-income-5-2mm-gross-margin-60-earnings the following mention  “We are happy to be reporting these results in record time, and are pleased to note that we did so

set a goal.. not an obligation.. it could be reported after anyway... still not on tsx as of today.

Peter always deliver.... And this is really a waste of time of an argument for the board members... We will see in less than 10 days if Peter is a man to honor his commitments
