Thanks midtownguy So we don t know where the shares ended up ? can be in the hands of any ( small ) investor ? or is that not how it goes  they must have preferential clients

Well first it's a "bought deal", so Mackie actually bought all the shares outright. They can then either keep or sell (they will likely sell most of the shares, and keep some warrants). Mackie has a wealth management division, so they would market shares to their own preferred private clients first. They would also call buy-side people around town, at other investemnt banks ...more

Thanks againmidtownguy  so this trading happens outside the venture . when they sell and buy it doesnt reflect on the actual shareprice ? are there 2 markets .? How is it coordinated ? any way i know it is just a small amount . but those shares have a different market in fact or am i mistaken ?

No, same market. Think of it this way: they are brand new, newly created shares that didn't exist before, and will now be added to the total float of the market. They are extra to the shares that currently exist, and they increase the overall amount of shares by just under 3 million shares (plus the eventual warrants when they come into play later.
