Leasing?
Probably felt pressure to get a sale announcement out there while they work on a leasing aggreement, I think that is where they are heading. If you want to read this as negative go ahead, this shows client A is serious and moving forward. They are working on multiple torch deals so if this dips I will be buying.

Peter hates the shorters. This is just my opinion, based on what I know, but I think this is a trap for them. I suspect a huge increase in shorting tomorrow followed by a press release about Client A and pyro annoucing a bigger Lease agreement. Shorts caught with their pants down. Peter mentioned during the tsx uplisting meeting the other day about red short shorts. hmm.....
