No. Premarket tomorrow is April 1. Deadline, March 31

Is it possible they are bound with tsx-v rules sinces most of last year was tsx-v?

This is the email I got from them yesterday As a TSX and NASDAQ listed company, we are required to issue the Q4 and year-end financial within 90 days of financial year. I knew that today was the deadline for FYE 2020 but I was starting to doubt myself?   Why isn't it out yet?   Thanks for the written confirmation from PYR
