Only 3 business days to exercise warrants before they expire

The PYR Warrants will now expire at 5:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on April 14, 2021 (the “New Expiry Date”). Warrants that have not been exercised prior to the New Expiry Date will expire unexercised and will automatically be void and of no effect whatsoever. The Company has delivered the Acceleration Notice as required by the Warrant Indenture.

After this date, there will be no more "forced" sales to free up cash to convert their warrants.

In order to exercise their options, insiders sell to free up some cash to fund the purchase of their options but it hurts the SP.   I've been looking at the insider sales and I'm telling you, that's what's hurting the stock price right now.     Pyrogenesis has a daily volume between 160K and 350K lately, so when an insider sells 28K, 44K or 54K in one go
