Who fires their accounting firm and appoints a new CFO

On the same day?? I have no idea why they did this.... it may be for sincerely innocent reasons but the optics of this are terrible imho! Did nobody at PYR think about this or did they just not care? Or are they so out of touch with market realities that this did not even occur to them??  Any of the above options seem pretty pathetic to me.....I am not shorting this stock - just disappointed by such a rookie bs move by management......all imho.

Its not going to stop till stockhouse cleans up this mess. And I doubt that will ever happen. I think its coming from within stockhouse, because its been going on and stockhouse does nothing. The worlds full of fraud now.

Without a doubt. It’s like the American version of raging bull. It takes no less than 3 times for the ignore feature to work when ignoring one of these creatures.

www.agoracom.com is the place you should go to ask that question DIRECTLY to the CEO...... but you're highly unlikely to do that aren't you? See you there ;) Cheers!

KPMG has been the auditor for Pyrogenesis for over 5 years so it is by law that they must use new auditor and as news release stated great time to get better pricing at this juncture.  The bill was enacted as a reaction to a number of major corporate and accounting scandals, including those affecting Enron, Tyco International, Adelphia, Peregrine Systems, and WorldCom. No one got fired. Enough with the nonsensical posts.  KPMG has been the auditor for Pyrogenesis for over 5 years so it is by law that they must use new auditor and as news release stated great time to get better pricing at this juncture.  The Effects of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002  The bill was enacted as a reaction to a number of major corporate and accounting scandals ...more

Enough with this nonsense! Firms are only required to change the lead auditor... not the auditing firm after 5 years under the SO Act. Get your facts straight, my friend, before making accusations. All imho.

Wow Someone dares to challenge the great developbc.Cheers.but you will now draw the ire of the wolfpack who will call you names (like shorter) or just not even acknowledge your post. You crossed the line as you are either with them or against them. There is no middle ground.
Comment by therealmccoy on Jun 02, 2021 10:10pm
what are you talking about???? a firm doesn't change lead auditor, they change auditing firms..... changing a lead auditor is like changing flavours of chips..... you get your facts straight there, i'm sure you can think of a million reasons why
Comment by sumpineh on Jun 02, 2021 10:25pm
Mr Mccoy you might try google. I quote "Even unde Sarbanes-Oxley publicly traded companies are not required to change audit firms, although they are required to change the lead auditor every 5 years" Anyone can just ask google to verify so get YOUR facts straight.
