Contracts - when does a company have to announce

Does anyone know when a company needs to publicly announce a new contract that is material? Everyone is expecting news of drossrite contracts, but I'm curious when the new contracts have to be made public since it potentially influences insider trading.

As soon a reasonably possible... I believe within 2 trading days but I could be mistaken with the 2 trading days but I'm not wasting time verifying that. It's simple material news comes PYR takes time to type a PR and we get it.

I think 10 business days is the time given. The company has this option..it's up to Peter's digression to decide when to have this release...You know that Peter will make sure every detail is perfection....Peter could be sitting on a few contracts / material news that he will release one at a time...3 in a month ?..He has so many potential NR's , not to forget his HPQ news that is also

A transportable hydrogen generator to add to diesel-powered trucks...Dyna-cert has been working on this for ever...and has produced a working system that reduces pollution and increases power & engine life ...Doesn't this sound like HPQ'S H2 generator ?...a small, modular, portable on demand H2 hydrolysis process...this would be a great market to enter while Peter builds his green H2
