For a frequent poster your motivation to post this FUD garbage is beyond suspect. As if PYR is any danger to be offside w Nasdaq...it is extremelyhard to be delisted and we are VERY far from it. Nasdaq Delisting Rules (zacks.com) Deficiency Notice Triggers Failure of a company to meet a minimum closing bid price of at least $1 for 30 consecutive trading days can trigger delisting.
