Update on tunneling at Petra

The following article describes the technology Petra is now using for tunneling. It is high heat and gas but at a lower temperature than what a plasma torch would operate. Petra abandoned plasma torches because of the lava flow it creates. Wonder if Pyrogenesis has any doing in the new approach... As it is a low temperature 'Plasma' torch of sort... Interesting to note that one of the co-founder of Tesla has a role in the new tech development

PYR also abandoned the tunneling offering as per Peter a while back on a Agoracom Q&A I think. And that too did not have to be press released as it was just a R&D offering. . .

Arcbyt and Petra are one and the same, and have been shown to be the company that have funded Pyrogenesis for the development of plasma torches specifically for tunneling. If you have not seen what Stairway said, I confirm that 3P was VERY clear that they are not putting any effort towards tunnel boring torches. Some pumpers may still have them on the list of all the great markets PYR is going to conquer on its way towards a dynasty, but 3P has no such intentions. And, let's hope that they are focused on a few things because being a master of one or a few is

Actually it was the past tunneling agreement with an unnamed USA tunneling company which most believe is ArcByt. Peter was referring to that he is looking to bring that to a conclusion AND look at other opportunities in regards to tunneling that they like to pursue on their own. Iron ore pelletization industry really has no other viable options as Pyrogenesis has patents for induration plasma heat

He was talking about bringing that agreement to the conclusion, whoever the party was, doesn't matter. He did NOT say that he was looking for other opportunities independently. He actually said that they were not seeking opportunities but if someone knocked on their door with something compelling, they may look into it. Tunnel boring is effectively off the to-do list, as per 3Ps last public

Go listen to his interviews again..he said what he said. Regardless in the meantime DROSITE,DROSITE JV, WASTE DESTRUCTION, TORCHES, PYR GREEN GAS , PUREVAP for Si/NSiR/FUMED SILICA , WASTE DESTRUCTION/PFAS etc divisions are incredibly exciting that can really scale up in a major way and I am betting surely in next 6-12 months. Nov. 3rd interview. 31:17 mark. The venture with the existing partner did not perceive that the type of plasma torch would work and would not end up of anything of value. Decided to not pursue. There is a "different type of torch" but it is an "idea". This idea could be pursued if someone was interested but there are lower hanging fruit that they believe can bring more value. I

Yes just listened to it again and Peter said clearly at 33:24  "....we saw that this was not right type of plasma torch so we decided to move away from it and maybe do it ourselves somehow/someway but it is under review" Regardless, tunnelling was R & D and I am more excited about the other verticals that are in commercialization stages which are imho will be proven to be
