Just thinking aloud what would they need an automation engineer for... the pilot plant is one thing that comes to mind for a Silicon nano powders production line could they be getting close in getting mass production from the pilot plant, and plans are starting to be made in putting together a larger manufacturing facility for the production of Silicon nano powders.
