How 3D Printing gives Boeing Strong Competitive Advantage...

Great post by Magbeach2....bodes extremely well for PYR:

How 3D printing gives Boeing strong competitive advantage | by Shefali Bisht | Medium

As Pyro will be making Powders for both Titanium and Aluminimum, it would seem that Boeing needs AM supply for its 60,000 parts.  I have yet to investigate, but Airbus (and others) may have similar needs.  With supply chain being a critical need, I don't see how Boeing, Airbus, various auto manufactures, and others won't be knocking on Pyro's door for their respective AM needs.  Also, it appears that 3D printing saves them money.  I would be looking to diversity my supply chain as well to perserve and grow this cost saving aspect of the business.

So far Boeing has used additive manufacturing technology to make 60,000 parts for its planes.

As we know commercial jet programs invest huge money into initial research and engineering before cutting expenses.

Commercial jets like Boeing 787 Dreamliner commonly use titanium which costs almost seven times more than aluminum. Due to this Boeing used to be in losses until 2016 when it started using 3D-printed titanium components. 3D printing helped in bringing these costs down.

GE (makes parts for Boeing). How come we don't have these clients hiring us for HUGE contracts for our additive manufacturing? I hope they are not doing it in-house...

GE is using PYR's old technology in tittanium powder.  PYR"s NexGen is about to blow them out of the water.    Aerospace accreditation is lengthy arduous process where PYR is near the finish line IF you cared to do any DD instead post FUD.  Long and strong PYR!

I certainly recall the aerospace update! I hope they will be in line for our products once we reach the finish line. We are in serious need of revenue. The plasma torch LOB is the one I have lost faith in.  This stock was trading (I normally say speculating) at $12 at some point and now we are below $2. This is quite serious.
