It's not worth comparing XBC to AirScience Technologies Inc. (Pyro Green-Gas).  When PyroGenesis did the acquisition of AirScience Technologies extensive due diligence was conducted.  Also, the purchase of AirScience is payment based: certain milestones need to be met for payments to be paid to the owner(s) of AirScience.  This was a great purchase criterion on PyroGenesis'
