Bigmoe, Let's make a deal! Help me on my DD by getting from PYR this critical info on their number of large > 1 MW plasma torches which are in continuous industrial use ( no R&D please), as well as the 2 electrodes life time and costs per year per torch. Meanwhile, I contact VALE to get their position re When are they going to place a large order for PYR plasma torches for their pellet

Based on my understanding that Vale requested 90 days extension is to build civil, electrical and mechanical infrastructure for the furnace. This type of furnace requires up to 50 Torches (1 MW, 2 MW or 3 MW). Why would you waiste time to install one Torch and setup infrastructure for only one Torch and it does not make sense.  You would setup full infrastructure for the whole furnace.

( already started) BUT you find out from PYR whats needed for a real DD about the state of their high power plasma torch. Considering the situation too many on this PB are, there is no alternative but to get these info directly from the horse's mouth. Lets go. If you cannot, say it and I will find

Ok I admire your confidence, but...what you describe is totally unreal and unpractical based on my experience in this field. Getting the entire infrastructure to convert a full size pellet furnace from liquid fuel to electric plasma torch would cost several millions and take much more than one year! Plus, who would be foolish enough to take such risk when the process has NEVER been tested and the
