We have received this notification for only 1 reason only.
The stock is at .85. To all the pumpers,
where would the stock be if our CEO didn't sell all those shares on the open market.
Perhaps $1.50US which is around $2.00 CAN?
That is minimum.
We only have to thank/blame our CEO for this notification from NASDAQ.

If you think the stock would have been over $2.00 or $3.00 if he sold
even MORE shares, then please tell me.
