These shares are subject to a 4-month hold, but his existing shares aren't. It will be very interesting to see how he handles this.

That's from March 8th I'd mentioned that he boxed himself into a corner. Buying the issue was like covering a short if he starts selling again. He'll look like he's trading it. It would be difficult to argue otherwise convincingly, but anyone can feel free to try. Let's see if he exercises restraint.
