I'm looking for a Master Magician
Can somebody please reconcile this announcement by management on February 23 as being less than a misrepresentation at the most in light of developments less than two weeks later?
February 23rd:
"PyroGenesis expects to be able to provide sufficient evidence to address the AMF’s concerns over the next few weeks and will revisit its financing options, with Cormark Securities Inc., in the context of the market at that time. PyroGenesis had received strong investor demand under its financing, with over $10 million of orders under the financing, including the $2.5 million concurrent private placement of the CEO, .. "
On March 8th the company announced it had closed a placement half that size with Research Capital.
They announced they had Closed It, which begs the question "When did they initiate it?"
It couldn't have been more than a week after they announced they'd be "working with Cormark over the next few weeks."
So much for Cormark.
What happened to them?
They walked.
They walked once they'd had more time to examine the minutae, after regulators nixed the issue.
Pyrogenesis turned to research capital to close a much smaller deal two weeks later because they needed money fast.
You've been fed a pile of manure.
It's sickening to see you eat it.

Without question it is a pile of stinky. Can't tell the company employees, frieinds and relatives of those employees who comb these boards to convince people otherwise.
