So what excactly is the wrong doing ?

Is it the deal itself  to cover the debt and soemone  didn'tt like  it or  whtever and complained to the AMF  or is it a matter of  disclosure and what was the issue with  that , everthing seems to be unclear with this matter.
If this goes to court , the AMF had better be sure they can prove that their was a wrong doing and that everytthing is very clear cut i tthere is any question  ,  any doubt  etc in their case it most probably won''t   fly..!!!

NOTHING with this 2018 Phoenix transaction affects the tech and engineering of PYR.    The operations of the Company continue as usual.
