The fact that will define the path

From hereon, this company has absolutely no access to external financing. 

They could never find an underwriter, particularly after resorting to Research Capital to underwrite the last two failures. 

The buyers of those deb's must be happy. 

They're still locked in until November. 

Absolutely no chance of an equity raise.

And if you think "Strategic Partner" or government grants or cash infusion, forget it.

That was a frivolous comment.  Not "particularly after resorting to Research Capital to underwrite .." but actually because of the allegations of impropriety.  If I or a group of people had size left in this, I'd think a few grand to a lawyer fully conversant with Qubec civil law and particularly securities legislation for his opinions on the possible and probable would ...more
