That was a frivolous comment.  Not "particularly after resorting to Research Capital to underwrite .." but actually because of the allegations of impropriety.  If I or a group of people had size left in this, I'd think a few grand to a lawyer fully conversant with Qubec civil law and particularly securities legislation for his opinions on the possible and probable would
