PYR

Just a question.

Can PYR go bankrupt with investors shares at $0 then start again as a new company like Air Canada did about 10 years ago?
Comment by dalesio_98 on Oct 31, 2023 9:58am
IMO, yes, to the detriment of shareholders and creditors.

Just because I sold my shares doesn't mean I can't contribute and help others on this board.

Air Canada had $13 billion of debt.  Can you please tell us how much debt PYR has?
Comment by GrahamB on Oct 31, 2023 11:37am
i REPORTED THIS BEFORE BUT IT GOT LOST BETWEEN 100S OF POSTS that were mindless banter Its not another companies debt-its PYRs debt and the ability to service the debt and have enough OCF to run. Its not looking good in the compnaies own words: Looking at sedar MRQ, at first glance, you might think that things are all Rosy  because the company reports on the balance sheet   ...more
Comment by Holdrrrr on Oct 31, 2023 11:43am
All I asked for was the exact amount of debt pyr is carrying. Can you please provide it, tyvm Debt=?
Comment by Holdrrrr on Oct 31, 2023 11:45am
It's a simple question that I can never get an answer to.  So how much is pyr in debt?
Comment by Holdrrrr on Oct 31, 2023 12:15pm
Well I guess highlighting and showing off *accumulated defecit* is an intentional mislead, to not answer my question about how much "debt" pyr is carrying is your best answer. Debt and "accumulated defecit are in no way the same thing btw, in case you didn't know. But the slick mislead is kinda cool
Comment by Holdrrrr on Oct 31, 2023 12:27pm
Caterpillar has an accumalated defecit of 50 billion Pfizer 150billion So pyr having spent most of the last 20 years in the R&D phase, with only $100m accumulated defecit, ain't too bad
Comment by Holdrrrr on Oct 31, 2023 12:36pm
*Accumalated defecit" retained earnings that are re-invested back into the company'
Comment by Holdrrrr on Oct 31, 2023 12:43pm
And I'm no accountant or financial wizard for the record, I never claimed to be.  All I care about is the plasma tech and the future.  Funny how not one basher account will tell me how much debt pays has, the only vague thing I could find was $378k debt on simply wall street.  From March 2023. And if that's the amount, it's peanuts.
Comment by filoux004 on Oct 31, 2023 12:47pm
That is completely false....accumulated deficits are expenses that are capitalized over time in the hope to offset taxes in the event of retained earnings. The problem is you cant do this indefinitely if you run out of cash. Glta looking forward to the 3q Financials. More losses coming to be added to the accumulated deficit.
Comment by Thinkbigsti69 on Oct 31, 2023 12:52pm
Why would we even give you the slightest credibility when all you have ever posted here was and still is FUD FUD FUD
Comment by Holdrrrr on Oct 31, 2023 12:55pm
LMFAO it's like a circus in here haha Hey I got a message from some guy on exro board, he said "Tamarack was pumping exro at $2.97 too a long time ago" hahaha
Comment by GrahamB on Oct 31, 2023 4:05pm
OK, I haven't been on the board all day I'm getting caught up what would you like to do. Do you want to go through the debt including accounts, payable, current, long-term, etc. do you want to go through liquidity ratios
Comment by Thinkbigsti69 on Oct 31, 2023 4:09pm
So if I understand you well are you saying that you have no shares and no interest in the company but you want to go through financials point by point with me?.WOW do you ever have a boatload of time to waste. LOL
Comment by GrahamB on Oct 31, 2023 4:12pm
OK, you don't want to discuss the financials. You can't have it both ways. You can't make a comment that people don't want to go into depth on the debt of this company, liquidity ratios, working capital, and burn rate, and then say that because they're doing it, they must be a basher. And you don't wanna do it. Make up your mind. This is my wheelhouse, analyzing companies ...more

What is your urgency in trying to convince us longs to sell? Why should you even be here right now? Do you understand how bizarre your even being here is? You have no shares and zero interest in this company, Remember?
Comment by GrahamB on Oct 31, 2023 4:09pm
But I am pleased to do a deep dive on the financials of this company with you. As long as you are sincerely, interested in doing it, and not just having this to be a make work project, and dismissing everything without accepting and discussing the facts. By the way, don't take a lack of response to mean that somebody is trying to pull something over on you. I posted this morning, and I was out ...more

Ain't it the truth? That's gott\a hurt! Glad I'm not a shareholder.(anymore)
Comment by Thinkbigsti69 on Oct 31, 2023 11:59am
You have never been a shareholder. The weak hands who have sold and turned the page have gone away like any sensible person would do. You are proof that you are just here to FUD.
Comment by fdfd12 on Oct 31, 2023 12:41pm
They are losing money every day. That is their debt. Negative cashflow year after year
Comment by Thinkbigsti69 on Oct 31, 2023 12:43pm
Why are you here if you have no shares? FUD FUD FUD
