Has anyone here even read it

Some posters here point to PyroGenesis' notices of positions available as evidence that the company is "chugging along", to use one posters words.

According to the latest AIF, the company had 110 full and part-time employees as of December 31st,  up from 107 at the end of 2023.

They don't break down the numbers as to how many are full time, and how many are part time.

Great post by @Brodeur9 (from ceo): @Brodeur9 @Jpvwxyz @Djoko To begin with, we should already point out that $PYR is not bankrupt, nor towards bankruptcy. Many simple and simplistic commentators offer half-truth views with the aim of confusing and misinforming. They know that few people have sufficient accounting or financial knowledge. To help, here are the liabilities (including debt) of ...more

"Djoko To begin with, we should already point out that $PYR is not bankrupt, nor towards bankruptcy. Many simple and simplistic commentators offer half-truth views with the aim of confusing and misinforming." What an unbelievably misinformed and misleading post. Why don't you show a breakdown of the company's assets as well? Current Liabilities are $23.8 million. Current ...more

top, I wonder why you constantly post here.  For someone to be commenting and spending exorbitant time on due diligence (DD) for a stock they do not own, it tells me one of two things: 1) their time is literally worth nothing (which seems to be your case), or 2) they are paid to be here.  No other reason there top.

BCONT, I agree in terms of the number and frequency of posts.   As for you, would you clearly confirm that you are not a paid promoter?  Thinkbig beat around the bush on that question but was never willing to clearly say he wasn't.

I don't spend any time at all on DD. I did that a long time ago. I monitor developments, which takes very very little time. It takes me less than a minute to post. My time is valuable.  Nobody pays me anything. I'm trying to save uninitiated from posters like you. This company is bankrupt before the end of this quarter.

We longs have skin in the game by owning important shres count. The bashers\fudsters have got to be paid to be here 24\7. Logic would dictate that someone who hates the stock would not loiter here days, nights, weekends and even holidays. Paid or crazy?

Well said Thinkbigsti69, and yes, us serious investors (myself included) have skin in the game here. Worth a re-post: PyroGenesis' business potential has drastically increased during the past couple of years, look at the new markets PYR has entered, new patents filed/granted, the second production facility coming online, and the growth in employee headcount.  PYR is gearing up for ...more

So, let's get this straight BCONT.  You will not confirm that you are not a compensated promoter?
Comment by paul03 on Apr 05, 2024 10:30am
I'd also like to know if he is compensated. Not that it matters much to me he mostly copies and pastes publically available information. I'm not quite sure what there would be to gain from paying someone to do that. But here I am curious to know the truth. If so, is it legal? Does it pay well? Where can I apply? I have a mean copy and paste game. References available upon request.

Hi BCONT  Currently I like this most As mentioned in the Q3 2023 Outlook, based on information flow between the Company and the aerospace client previously announced, the Company believes that the 2-year long qualification process to approve the Company’s titanium metal powers for use by a global aerospace firm and their suppliers, will conclude in the near term. The Company continues to ...more

Well said Thinkbig ??? You can't be serious.  Please repost what the part that he said that was "well said" that wasn't a repost of someone else's comments. lol No way.

For the folk missing the financial statement comprehension that the post caters to, it is important to offer some factual balance to the poster's assessment casting liquidity aside like there is nothing to it.  The more complete truth for those that don't know how to read financial statements and are unwilling to learn quickly, can be gleened by reading the company's disclosure ...more

This is correct.  If the company collects from Drosrite, it will buy some time. $8 million owed by Drosrite is $10.8 million Cdn today.  I don't think the company will survive, because I don't think they'll collect.  That receivable is years overdue.  Maybe PPP will lend his son the $ to pay it so he'll have more time to sell stock. What a screwed up ...more
