The Pyro board approved PPP funding for the block of HPQ shares.

Who was aware of the HPQ/PYR progress and HPQ PR being disseminated less than 12 hours later? 

It's not like Pyro isn't involved in HPQ project.

This is very questionable, perhaps dubious, insider information?
