HARJAY/HARJAY9, I forgot to mention, D&O liability insurance coverage was also not substantial.  Depending on how the TMF administrative proceedings unfold and subsequent decisions to be rendered, should allegations be proven - D&O liability insurer (s) do not cover fraud.
