... I've said it before, take a look at the ask side of the trade. Right now there is almost 100,000 shares of Pyro being offered at .59/.60. This is hapenning too often. The ask is safely above the existing bid and watch it move higher, always just safely out of play.
This creates a drag on upward movement of the share price.

A lot of manipulation going on to keep the stock price down. No wonder we have 24\7 bashers working here.

...which can be solved when the institutional buuyers come back. With 210k shares traded today on 197 trades we are seeing only slightly 1k shares per trade.
