Delay with powders

Looking at all the events.  My assumption is pyr had entered into an agreement for Albert&Duval to distribute the powders exclusively.  But Albert&Duval also has other powders from different suppliers.

So my assumption is, they were giving priority to their longer term partners(friends), who may also have offered Albert&Duval a higher middle man rate, so they were putting pyr powders on the back shelf.  

Well that put pyr in a tough spot, because they wait in hope Albert&Duval would sell the powder, and in the same breath pyr didn't want to cancel the contract with them.

Now we are free to sell it without them, as that contract is over.   A tough call, but it needed to be done.  Very good news.

Very good news based on YOUR assumption that has only a positive slant. And the other side of the spectrum as to A&D letting go of the agreement is.....you fill the blanks. Making assumptions is not safe for investment decisions, and at times, it is not safe to put a positive slant on companies' forward looking statements.

How do you "cancel" a contract anyway? Doesn't say much for the company's credibility does it?
