It doesn't matter anyways
Pyrogenesis' administrative expenses last year included $182,252 for director's fees.
Up from $157,900 the year before.
Who's going to vote against that?
Ha!.
Only one director has ever resigned, for ethical reasons.
Citing concerns that there might present an appearance of fraud, specifically.
Leveled at management he chose to no longer be a part of.
He had laudable integrity.

Eight "directors" make $22,500 a year on average to attend no more than 4 meetings annually ( max ), virtually, by zoom calls. And six of them determine Executive Compensation. Those directors fees are absolutely ridiculous. Then again, they work hard! They must. They decided they deserved a 15% raise last year.

" Thanks Ben. See ya later! " I wonder what happened to him? Maybe he's the AMF’S Whistle-blower! instead of the "snitch" being one of the bashers here, as someone once suggested.
