Pyrogenesis' administrative expenses last year included $182,252 for director's fees.

Up from $157,900 the year before.

Who's going to vote against that?

Ha!.

Only one director has ever resigned, for ethical reasons.

Citing concerns that there might present an appearance of fraud, specifically. 

Leveled at management he chose to no longer be a part of.

He had laudable integrity.

Eight "directors" make $22,500 a year on average to attend no more than 4 meetings annually ( max ), virtually, by zoom calls.  And six of them determine Executive Compensation.  Those directors fees are absolutely ridiculous.  Then again, they work hard! They must. They decided they deserved a 15% raise last year.

I have often seen that the CEO and President sits on the Board.  I have not seen them getting compensation in addition to their salary and other compensation as a full time officer.  3P really knows how to do well off this publicly traded company and that is admirable. On the topic of meetings, I think the MIC shows more meetings, which includes committees.  Nevertheless, things ...more
