How can PP not hold any of the warrants with amended terms? He bought $2 million of the $3 million convertible debs that the company sold with warrants attached.

He didn't exercise them. Insiders exercising warrants have to be filed on Sedi.

That is what led you to the website, not a direct URL.  Direct link to competitor site may be considered Spam or Advertsing and posted content removed.
