Both contracts address primary aluminum production process residue streams.

The smelter produces primary aluminium in the form of low-profile sows and is one of the primary material suppliers for the Ranshofen site. Production is carried out through the efficient use of electrical energy from hydropower with an exceptionally low CO2 footprint.
