It's no longer viable as a modern day Trojan Horse. History does repeat itself.  Attack from within.

Sell this immediately.

top, keep in mind that Peter has been with PyroGenesis since 1991 and will continue to fund PYR as necessary.  PyroGenesis' President and CEO has significant "skin in the game" (Peter owns close to half of the outstanding shares in PYR).  Same with Bernard Tourillon of HPQ Silicon.  Us shareholders are in good hands.
Comment by tamaracktop on Mar 21, 2024 9:43pm
I respect your opinion.  But you have it inverted.  Your Peter hasn't "financed" PyroGenesis.  PyroGenesis has "financed" him. He paid nothing for his shares.
Comment by tamaracktop on Mar 21, 2024 9:48pm
His salary is $450,000. $37,500 a month, plus the rent paid by PyroGenesis for space he owns. He has to be worth $450k annually fore sure! His salary was approved by the board.

Plus travel expenses.  I believe the company's international travel expenses exceeded $1 million for the first time in 2022. The auditors at the time specifically mentioned that in their notes to financials at the time. Right before they quit their business relationship with Py. For 20 points, who can tell me what firm resigned as PyroGenesis accountants?

What a coincidence.  The company's expenses for airfare skyrocketed when Covid was declared a pandemic. Who was going where?

"  top, travel (including international travel) amounted to $283,142 for the year ended 2022." Think!. Covid was declared a pandemic onMarch 11th, 2020. Have a look at travel expenses back then. Shouldn't they be going up?? Guess not.. The opposite

top, travel (including international travel) amounted to $283,142 for the year ended 2022.  Keep in mind that PyroGenesis does business in multiple countries (PYR has a diverse customer base located in many countries) and PYR attends multiple conferences/trade shows (as this is all part of doing business).  You sholld know this top, being an "ex-RBC Broker". top, I am ...more

"You claim to be an "ex-RBC Broker" but your due diligence (DD) is amateurish at best...." How the heck do you figure that? Not hypothetically. Really? Back that up
Comment by tamaracktop on Mar 21, 2024 10:39pm
And thank you for the "DD" you put in brackets, just in case nobody recognized due diligence.

"You claim to be an "ex-RBC Broker" ..." Yes And you'll soon be watching the news about my recent discovery on Oak Island.

tamaracktop, for someone to be commenting and spending exorbitant time on due diligence (DD) for a stock they do not own, it tells me one of two things: 1) their time is literally worth nothing (which seems to be your case), or 2) they are paid to be here (and I doubt anyone would pay you, as even your DD is amateurish at best).  No other reason there top.

Good call. Good Friday so they will close their doors and reopen them the following week. Like a lot of businesses do. Thanks for reminding us of the stat holiday in your own unique way. Life is busy I would've probably showed up for work if it wasn't for your post.
