Lot of reasons for such a move. The offer could reach a minimum of ...90,00 $... for all shares of CGO and CCA.

Not too long ago the Audet refused $130 !!!! Not sure you're $90 would find support specially for the holding company

Yes, probably 100 $ would be a better starting point: for CGO. The US market is down since these previous offers. And, CCA is looking for wireless development in its own franchises. The recent CRTC decision in favor of Quebecor against Rogers for access to existing wireless networks is a new and favourable signal to take into account.
