RE: QEC a $100.00/sh potential stock for $3.43/shIn order for QEC to be $100.00 a share the market cap needs to go up another 30 times (without any capital raises) to a market cap of about $18 billiion. QEC's 250,000 net acres would need to be valued at about $70,000 an acre.
Shale acreage is currently selling for about $20,000 per acre when the land is producing NG at a highly productive level. QEC is years away from that point. If shale land was worth $70,000 per acre then every other natural gas company would at least quadruple (including GDP which is trading at $48 per share and took almost 10 years to get there from $2.50 a share back in 1999) and many would go up by 30 times or more.
