The discoveries made in the Utica, Gaspe and Masse formations are not theoretical discoveries as they have been drilled and have proven world class deposits with very economical returns. If Quebec takes the permits back they will own them outright and who's to say they won't change the laws in 10-20 years from now when the world is in a real hardship on oil and natural gas shortages and then develop them or resell after these companies took on all the risk and made the discoveries. That's what you call highway robbery folks!!!!
