RE:RE:good volume NorwayFrom Jason You are correct. I dont think the investors realize that the downside for the situation in Quebec is that we get $175MM (~$0.40/share). The upside is we get fair value or in excess of $1,000-$2,000 MM ($2.30-$4.60/share). This is on top of the existing production. Regarding our court case, we put this on hold while we were negotiating with the government for our pilot. But the court win by Utica Resources (https://ca.finance.yahoo.com/news/utica-resources-court-victory-means-122200926.html) confirmed that our legal position was correct. As you may remember the purpose of our case was to have the Court confirm that the regulations introduced in June 2018 (the increased distance for setbacks from waterways and the fracturing ban) were invalid. With the announcement of a ban on fossil fuel production, we will wait and see what rights the government is taking away or if they will let us produce clean gas. If they do not allow us to produce gas with zero emissions or propose sufficient compensation if they are expropriating all rights (including carbon capture) then we will file a fresh court claim for disguised expropriation for what we expect will be several billion dollars.
