Quebec Licence Plates

Quebec Licence Plates

Considering how Quebec is already broke ($184 billion debt) and believing they don't have he intelligence within the province to find people who can extract natural gas safely I think the next thing on their agenda is to change the slogan on the Quebec licence plates fowm the current "Je me souviens" to the more appropriate "Hey buddy, can you spare some change?"

Everywhere else in the world (almost) people have been able to take care of he environment AND extract natural gas for business purposes. I wonder why Quebecers can't figure it out? Are the students spending too much time whining about tuition increases to come up with a solution? If the smartest people in Quebec can't figure it out, maybe its ime to bring in some people from other parts of the country. Quebecers shouldn't be embarassed. Maybe the natural gas industry is just a little more difficult to understand than what they are capable of. I've been to Quebec and I dont remember meeting too many intelligent people. Maybe thats the real reason why they just buy it from Alberta instead of getting it from their own backyard. Instead of admitting they can't figure out a solution because they aren't smart enough, it is very convenient to just say "its not safe".

I hope in the future, there will be at least one Quebecer (just one) who can unlock this great mystery. Is it possible to find a Quebecer who can extract natural gas without completely obliterating the environment they hold so sacred?

All the best to all the rest
